Pursuant to the WALPOA Bylaws, section 3.10 Directors Meeting quorum (D) an emergency meeting is being called by the Chairman of the Board, Steve Tarquini. The meeting will take place on Monday May 12, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the WALPOA Administration Building for the purpose of reviewing the Clubhouse plans with the Architect. Member attendance is in observation capacity only.
