Welcome to Wild Acres Lakes Property and Homeowners Association (WALPOA). 

Wild Acres is a diverse community nestled in the Poconos, surrounded by a the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation area and hundreds of acres of public lands. 

Within our community, you will find seven lakes stocked with fish, beaches, playgrounds, recreation areas, two outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts. A project is currently ongoing to build a new clubhouse with indoor pool and sauna. The old clubhouse is currently closed.

Wild Acres is patrolled by Public Safety, and is within minutes of our local ambulance corps and fire dept.
