There is currently one open board seat. We are accepting letters of interest for the open board seat until 2/16/24 at 4pm. Please be prepared to attend an in-person interview with the board the morning of 2/17 for consideration of the vacant spot. An appointment time will be provided on 2/16 to each applicant.

Astroturf has been awarded the bid to resurface Pool 2 Tennis courts on 9/16/23! They began cleaning the courts 9/25 and will be finishing up the week of 10/2. We are very excited this project will be completed soon and hope the residents enjoy the new courts!

Please be advised that we have switched to our winter dumpster hours. The dumpster hours are ever Sunday from 11:00am to 5:00pm at the Maintenance yard. Please purchase your tickets at the Admin office.
