AS WRITTEN ON THE OCTOBER 2023 BALLOT, AND APPROVED BY THE MEMBERSHIP- we will be accepting sealed offers for a 2012 Ford Escape being sold AS IS. We do not guarantee or warranty this vehicle in any way. This vehicle can be viewed at the Maintenance shop prior to making an offer. All sealed offers must be provided to the office in an envelope with “2012 Ford Escape Sealed Offer” clearly written on it by 4pm on 1/19/24 and they will be opened at the board meeting on 1/20/24. The vehicle will be awarded to the highest bidder.
